Well, let's see here... Lone Star Baking Co. is really me - Sandi. I have a wonderful husband of 26 years & three gorgeous kids (who all occasionally help in my confectionery endeavors!). My family & I have recently relocated to the San Antonio area to be closer to our oldest daughter & her husband, & we couldn’t be more thrilled.
Aside from spending time with my family, my favorite thing to do is make cakes – I love it! From the baking to the decorating, every minute is an adventure. Delivering them to someone’s special event and seeing the expression on their face is just priceless. Serving cake and listening to the buzz over the different flavors totally makes my day.
Did I mention that I love to make cakes?! :)
